Citation Rose

Every Monday to Friday, we present the "C-FAX Citation Rose" award to someone who has served our community above and beyond the call of duty in their work or volunteer capacity, by doing a good deed or lending a helping hand.

We invite you to nominate candidates for either award, using this on-line form. When you have completed all the sections, click on the "Nominate" button to email the form to us automatically.
