Information you give to C-FAX online stays with C-FAX. We will not sell or otherwise provide your information to third parties.
In the case of contest entries, we retain the right to publicize the name(s) of the winner(s) online, on the air or in other media.
We may occasionally send messages to you at an email address you have provided to C-FAX, when we have a special discount offer that we believe may be of interest to you or when we have information that we believe you would want to know about.
We will honour every request to be removed from our email database and will carry out the request at the earliest possible time. You should be aware, however, that if at a later date you once again provide your email address to us your name could be re-entered in the database.
