She's made herself right at home at Saanich Commonwealth Place and the past few days has found her comfy spot under the facility's holiday Christmas tree.
A few years ago, a cat wandered into the sports and recreation centre and has been hanging out ever since.
Clover the Cat belongs to a family next door to the facility, and according to facility manager Charlene Parker enjoys the attention she gets from the public.
But there are places she definitely doesn't go.
"We have a cafe. She steers very clear of the cafe and she doesn't go near the pool--I don't think cats like to be wet. But she tends to hang out at the bottoms and tops of our stairs where most of our public tends to go through, so she knows that's where she'll get the most attention."
Tuesday morning on twitter, Clover put out a message from Saanich Commonwealth Place wishing everyone a "Meowy Christmas."
