The disappearance of the two men who were last seen in Ucluelet has now been deemed suspicious.
Daniel Archbald and Ryan Daley were last seen May 16 leaving the Ucluelet Small Craft Harbour.
The investigation has now been turned over to the Vancouver Island Integrated Major Crime Unit.
They say they do not believe these two are connected in to any other missing persons case.
"We are continuing our investigation into Daniel and Ryan's disappearance and have no evidence to suggest that this case is linked to any other missing person investigation at this time," said Cpl. Madonna Saunderson in a statement.
