The sentencing process for Andrew Berry has been put off for another week because of court scheduling conflicts.
The court was expected to fix a date for sentencing Wednesday afternoon, but that has now been moved to Wednesday next week at 2 PM.
Berry, 45, was convicted last month of 2 counts of second degree murder in the deaths of his daughters, Chloe (6) and Aubrey (4). Their bodies were found inside his apartment on Christmas Day 2017.
During the short proceeding, Berry -- wearing prison garb -- appeared by video link from the North Fraser Pre-trial Centre where he is currently being held.
Berry faces life in prison, with no parole eligibility for between 10 and 25 years.
Supreme Court Justice Miriam Gropper will hear victim impact statements before deciding if the life sentence will be served concurrently or consecutively. She will also rule on how long Berry will have to stay behind bars before applying for parole.
