A youth charged with an indecent act close to UVic last week has been charged again after a sexual assault near the university over the weekend.
Saanich Police were called early Saturday night after a woman running in Cadboro Bay complained of being approached by a man on a bicycle who grabbed her buttocks and rode off.
Police attended and found the suspect nearby.
The youth can't be named because of his age, but investigators say it is the same youth charged with an indecent act last week after a woman reported seeing a man masturbating while she walked along a UVic trail.
The youth now faces an additional charge of sexual assault. Saanich police say he's still being investigated in a number of other similar incidents, as well.
